Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked service: £3.99 (2-4 days).
You will receive conformation via email and tracking information once your order is sent on it’s way.
Order Processing and Delivery
- All of our orders are currently sent via Royal Mail.
- Orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed & sent within 1-3 working days.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day and then sent within 1-3 working days.
Please note: During busy periods such as Promotions & Christmas, delivery may take longer.
Important Information
Once your parcel is on it’s way and we have sent you a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for your parcel’s whereabouts. You will be able to use the tracking number provided, to track your order through the Royal Mail website. If you have any questions regarding your order, please send us an email along with your tracking number and we can contact Royal Mail on your behalf.
If you require an insured service, your order would need to be sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Next Working day) option, this is the only option which provides insurance. Please send us an email prior to ordering if you require this service.
You are responsible for supplying the correct postal address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed deliveries, if the supplied address is incorrect. Therefore, please ensure you double check your details before placing your order.
International Delivery
Currently we are only able to process online orders within the United Kingdom. We hope to be able to open up to international orders in the future.
Returns/Refunds
Returns Policy
Please contact us ASAP if you have any problems with your order, so we can try and make things right.
We don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on any pieces of our handmade jewellery items. This is explained in the item’s listing description, so please ensure you have read and understood this before purchasing.
Returns are accepted on other items, if there is an issue with any item in your order please contact us straight away. You have 7 days from the date of your order to return and to ensure you receive a full refund, the items will need to be packaged appropriately and sent back to us in new condition. Once the item is received it will be inspected and we will then be in touch with you regarding whether your refund has been approved or not.
How to return your items
Please email us at salroseandsky@outlook.com stating your reason for returning your item/s. We will then contact you with our returns address and providing your items are returned to us in a suitable condition and your return is approved, you will receive a full refund.

You are responsible for any return postage costs and we will not refund any initial postage costs.
